Recipe: SoL Pumpkin Smoothie

Fall harvests are underway, signaling a time when we can immerse ourselves in the bounty of the season. Here’s a delicious gluten-free drink recipe that replaces diary with a healthier alternative that is low in sugar content, and high on nutrition.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin
  • ½ a banana
  • 1 cup SoL, Original flavor
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp honey

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
