If you’re a fan of peaches, you’ll love this wonderfully creamy, smooth treat! Peaches boast an impressive amount of nutrients—they contain over 10 vitamins & minerals! This sweet summer fruit is the perfect addition to a smoothie.
1 fresh ripe peach
1 1/2 cups SoL Sunflower Beverage, vanilla flavor
1 cup frozen papaya
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup peach soy yogurt
1/2 cup coconut water ice cubes
1 frozen or fresh banana
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp agave syrup
1. Blend all ingredients together except for the fresh fruit (peach and banana if using fresh)
2. Once ingredients are blended, add the fresh fruit and blend for 2-3 seconds until only tiny bits of the fruit can be seen. (Blending too much when using fresh fruit could result in a mushy smoothie).
*For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit or ice. For a thinner consistency, add more liquids.
