Recipe: SoL Energizing Shake

This is a great smoothie to give you that burst of energy that’s sometimes lacking in the morning. It’s a great source of potassium and vitamin E—a surefire way to kickstart your day!

Ingredients:

2 cups SoL Sunflower Beverage, vanilla flavor

2 large frozen bananas

2 Tbsp sun paste/sun butter

1/2 cup ice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Garnish: roasted sunflower seeds

Serves 2

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender. Blend on high until smooth and thick.

2. Pour into glasses and garnish with sunflower seeds.
