Recipe: Strawberry Pomegranate Smoothie

Pomegranates are extremely healthy, and delicious! They’re not only packed with antioxidants, but are also rich in vitamin K, potassium, and fiber. Enjoy the tasty combo of sweet and tart in this superfood smoothie—the perfect sip for a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana (use frozen banana for a thicker smoothie)

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen pomegranate seeds

1½ cups SoL Vanilla Sunflower Beverage

Serves 1

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together.
