This sweet and tangy dressing pairs well with a variety of salads. Use SoL Mayo (see “SoL Salad Dressing and Dip Recipes” for recipe) instead of regular mayo for a lighter, more nutritious dressing. Walnuts also add to the health benefits you’ll get from this dressing with their high Omega-3 and Vitamin E content.
1/4 cup SoL Mayo
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Yields 4 servings
Whisk together SoL Mayo, maple syrup, cider vinegar, kosher salt; and salt and pepper if desired. Add chopped toasted walnuts. Drizzle over salad of your choice & enjoy!
