Recipe: Avocado Dill Dressing

Avocadoes are often touted as one of the world’s healthiest foods.  It’s not hard to see why with these health benefits: They boast high levels of Vitamins E and K, several minerals including potassium and magnesium, and are high in fiber. We combined SoL and avocadoes to make a healthy dressing that will perfectly complement a variety of salads!

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1/2 cup SoL Original Sunflower Beverage

3 Tbsp lemon juice

4 1/2 sprigs of dill

3 Tbsp sunflower oil

1 tsp red pepper flakes

pepper

sea salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
