Pumpkin may be thought of as a comfort food of the fall season, but it’s actually a health food as well! It’s low in calories, but it will keep you feeling full because of its fiber content. It’s also packed with beta-carotene, a nutrient that’s a precursor to Vitamin A. However, this dairy-free seasonal smoothie is so delicious you would never guess it’s as good for you as it is!
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup SoL Sunflower Beverage, Vanilla flavor
2 tsp. raw sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4-5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
