Recipe: Banana Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cashews, crushed

1 medium frozen banana

1 cup SOL Vanilla Sunflower Beverage

2 Tablespoons wheat germ

1 teaspoon honey

3-4 ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
